Tower Contracting strongly stresses safety at all levels of construction.  Employees are required to attend corporate safety training meetings and complete weekly toolbox talks.  Daily guidance from field supervisors is also required for each project.  Supervisors are empowered to take action immediately to prevent and correct any unsafe conditions.

Safety is a priority at Tower Contracting and all employees are required to take measures that ensure a safe working environment for workers, clients, project personnel, and the public.  Tower Contracting has established safety guidelines geared towards completing each project in a safe and efficient manner.
