Tower Contracting is currently completing the first phase of a three phase Senior Living community in Markham, Illinois as the Design/Build contractor. Phase I consists of a 70,000 sq. ft. independent Senior Living Complex. Construction is currently 70% complete. Phase II, which is now in the conceptual design stage, features an 110,000 sq. ft. assisted care Senior Living Facility. Phase III will add a 15,000 sq. ft. Gathering Center that will tie the previous two buildings together.

Tower Contracting has completed numerous projects at the Roseland Community Hospital facility. Projects completed include a New Main Lobby and Entrance, New Human Resources Offices, New Executive Offices, Tuckpointing Repairs, and a New Gift Shop and Restrooms. Tower Contracting is currently working at the Hospital in conjunction with the facilities staff on additional ongoing projects.

Tower Contracting completed the installation of a pre-engineered metal building used to store the City of Markham’s Library Bookmobile. This project was awarded as a design/build. The project included removal and restoration of the existing parking lot and property in the area surrounding the building, connection to the existing alarm/security systems, and a new 800 sq. ft. metal building. The project was completed in May, 2010.

Tower Contracting completed the renovation of an existing office and warehouse building in Thornton Township. The building was converted into a storage and distribution center for the Township. Tower Contracting installed a new cooler and freezer assembly, new IT offices, and a new loading dock ramp approach. The project was completed in March, 2010.

Tower Contracting has recently completed a new community center, bar/grill, and pro shop at Glenwoodie Golf Course. Tower Contracting was awarded the project as a Design/Build contractor. The project consists of an 8,500 sq. ft. Banquet Hall, 4,500 sq. ft. Bar/Grill, 1,000 sq. ft. Pro Shop and Offices, and 5,500 sq. ft. of Underground Golf Cart Storage. The project also includes mass site improvements, including parking for 250 cars, parking lot lighting, and new canopy entry to the building.

Tower Contracting completed the construction of new dugouts, backstop, and field renovation for the baseball field at Stagg High School.

Tower Contracting completed the addition of two new offices at Speed School. The project consisted of new flooring, ceiling, electrical, and drywall partitions.

Tower Contracting completed the renovation of the Hickory Glen Field House in Glenwood, IL. The project consisted of new bathrooms, kitchen, storage room, and community room.

Tower Contracting is currently renovating several restrooms and building a 5,000 sq. ft. cafeteria expansion at TF North High School in Calumet City, IL. |
Tower Contracting is also building another 5,000 sq. ft. cafeteria expansion at TF South High School in Lansing, IL. The project also includes kitchen and vestibule remodeling. |
