Philip provides diverse project experiences, providing Tower with fundamental building blocks required to excel in the construction industry. His responsibilities include identifying, establishing and maintaining client contacts, while developing sales strategies. Additionally, Philip is involved in the day-to-day management of Tower Contracting construction and design projects, along with estimating, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
As an actively involved member of the Tower Contracting construction team, Philip has developed the process and procedures for successful projects from concept to completion. Philip is also actively involved in estimating, procurement, cost control, and deliverables, and has provided guidance to the proposal team from inception to completion as a design/build service. |
