Mike is responsible for communicating the Tower vision internally to the organization. His responsibilities include setting aggressive service level standards and goals and managing performance while establishing financial targets and developing operating objectives. Mike manages the activities involved in achieving those targets, including facility and corporate operations, marketing, collections and other services.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike provides leadership, inspiration, and direction to the management team and all company employees.  In addition to establishing growth and development strategies, Mike oversees and coordinates labor relations in unionized facilities, as well as operating as the Corporate Safety Officer.
