ANTHONY R. BLUM CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Anthony is responsible for ensuring that the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to clientele and company employees.  As Tower’s Chief Executive Officer, Anthony recommends yearly budgets for the company portfolio and manages the organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations. Experienced in a wide variety of both public and private construction projects, Anthony also oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, along with all products and services. In addition to supporting operations and administration of the company, Anthony manages the business while exercising executive stewardship of the company’s physical, financial and human resources.
